An interpretation of Hallucigenia that I painted, framed, and sold years and years ago [I know I showed it first in 2008 but can't remember when I painted it]. This is the best shot of it I have. I based the interpretation on an artist's attempt at figuring out a crushed specimen; of course back then, they still couldn't figure out which end was the head, and the lump at one end became an almost humanoid structure. More accurate renderings have made recent news.

It's an odd size, about 12x14 inches; all the pieces in this series were painted on canvas recycled from my great aunt's studio and were framed with salvaged wood which I decorated using a variety of found and sculpted materials.
